Anyone else experienced the shocking treatment you get from Samsung " customer support". i have purchased a washing machine, fridge freezer, 3 tvs , DVD player, sound bar and a 75 inch tv . My smart remote now does not charge. when i called to claim my remote was 22 days out of warranty and they offered no support , when i quoted the Sale Of Goods Act about supplying items that a fit for purpose and that i thought 13 months for a remote to last i was told " we disagree and that was reasonable. totally shocking, feel like taking every product we have ever bought with the S***sung name on it and demanding a refund..... what a joke . pathetic for a big company like Samsung

Not the point really and it’s £80 !!! Hardly cheap
