Aktivera esim galaxy watch 6 classic

Hej

Jag försöker aktivera esim på klockan men när jag valt ställ in mobilavtal kommer jag till en sida "logga in på telia" och en knapp öppna bankid.

Inget händer när jag trycker på knappen.

Jag kan alltså inte komma in på Telias sida genom galaxy wearable appen.

Någon som har liknande problem?

I haven't tested this myself; but if you manually launch BankID instead (as the button doesn't work) - do you get an option to login in BankID?

I tried that but it doesn't get me the option to login 😮‍💨

I guess I have to call Telia and get a code instead

It seems a lot of ppl have had problems similar to this but with Tele2/comviq, and they had to get support from Tele2... Just to check, you are using a Galaxy phone + galaxy wearable app + galaxy watch 6?

have you had esim previously connected to another watch? in that case you need to exit it before enabling esim on a new watch

No esim before in watch.

I talked to Telia and they said its a know problem with Samsung wearable app.
I have to go to a Telia retailer.
Chatted with Samsung support but they just directed me back to Telia.
I told Samsung support that it probably a bugg in wearable app but I don't think they believed me!

I love my new watch, its fantastic but it's shame that activation of esim didn't work.

That sounds really annoying - but happy to hear Telia can help you at least. Maybe @emmi kan escalate this problem?
