I have to admit I know literally nothing about Samsung's washing machines - but I did some googling and found this; https://theportablelaundry.com/cap-fixer-in-samsung-washing-machine/?utm_content=cmp-true

To me it sounds like you should remove the drawer where you put in your detergents, and look at the back of it, that black plastic piece is supposed to be locking something there, you should see corresponding holes there. The grey thingy is supposed to go inside the drawer and the compartment for liquid detergent, I guess it snaps in place - this is to show you the maximum level you can fill up. So both these should be mounted in the "drawer".  I really hope it helps

As @Oxygenic mentions below about the blue part, its for the liquid detergent.

The black part is suppose to be added to the back of your washing machine, see attached photo for guidance. Hope this helps! 😊
