Account deleted and student account

Good morning,
my brother has deleted his account. Can he create a new one with the same email?
Also, in order to get the student offers with my university email, can I link it to my existing account or do I have to create a new one?

You can use your existing account to link to your student account. But you won't be able to see orders made by your student account on the normal Samsung website. It kind of behaves like 2 separate instances of the same account. (At least in the UK).
As for creating a new account, you'll have to wait about 48 hours before reusing the email. Just to make sure everything has been deleted on the old account on Samsung's side.

Also, as far as I know, you won't get any points in Samsung Rewards via the student store, just if you consider this important

You don't have to. When you sign into the student store, it just uses your regular account email. In the Samsung Shop app, you can select the store like this. (See image)
