Hello, My smart tv is experiencing issues. The volume control consistently gets stuck and I'm unable to change it, neither the remote nor the manual controls on the TV work. I've attempted to reset the TV but all options for self diagnosis, update, and start-setup are grayed out and unavailable. The TV does have internet connection as all other apps are functioning properly. 

It also fails to send support requests
