S24 has been playing up for a week or so, saying moisture or debris in charging port. There is neither. Wireless charging still works. Is this a software update that has caused this?
Feel like I was fobbed off by support, saying I need to run in safe mode and exclude each app to make sure they aren't causing it.
Has this happened to anyone? Is this something they can update or do I need to send it off for repair?
