So I was in a 4 hrs flight. Obviously all this time my phone was in flight mode. When I landed I de-activated flight mode and waiting to reconnect again. Nothing. I restarted my phone. Nothing. I restarted the phone again. Nothing. Than I went into settings and I switched the Sim on and off and it connected first to 5G than to 4G and no problem afterwards. I never had to be through so much trouble to regain signal on my phone after a holiday. The whole time of the holiday I have been using the same Sim card and network as I was on a roaming plan, but even when I had to use a different sim abroad the sim connected back automatically as soon as I was on UK land. I hope Samsung will fix this with the next update.
