I've recently purchased a galaxy A15 (4G) in the UK.
I've noticed whenever I get a notification the sound will play but the screen will not wake up.
Also the edge lighting notifications don't seem to work either.
I realise it's quite a newly released phone but there's no update yet to fix these problems?
I've tried a factory reset and have allowed all notifications but still doesn't seem to work?
I'm currently using a 3rd party app called glimpse notifications from the play store to wake the screen when I get a notification but I shouldn't really have to do that.
Am I doing something wrong? Will there be an update coming soon?
