Hi there, wondering if anyone has some input on what the issue may be.

I have had Galaxy Buds Live for quite some time, however I don't use them often due to this issue I constantly have. When wearing both earbuds, one of them will start to cut out and then disconnects from the phone. I take the bud out, put it back, it happens again (if it pairs at all). This happens with both sides, but happens more with the right earbud.

I have tried resetting my phone, unpairing the headphones and reconnecting, cleaning them + my ears thoroughly, etc. but nothing has worked. Any tips or tricks to try before I throw these in the garbage and finally give up on them?
