I hope this might help someone out. If you're living in a student residence or another place in which you log into your wifi via a web portal. The smart monitor/TV won't open the web page of the internets portal. So I found this one solution which is:

-You connect to the wifi (it will be written "connected to local network but not internet")

-You open the web browser of your smart TV/Monitor

        *if your device asks some kind of setup (basically if it's your first time connecting the device), just connect it to your phone's hotspot to do it.

-Write the link to the portal (which you can find on your phone or laptop or any other device)

-Once on the portal, you just have to sign in and it'll word properly afterwards.
