Hi.

The last few days when people are calling me, they're complaining of an echo on their side. I dont hear any echo whatsoever. Within this period, when people call me on whatsapp I don't hear anything - not only the dial tone when placing calls. I have read some previous posts on here and have removed my cover, restarted my phone, and dialed *#0283# and chose option 1 - where I didnt hear my voice at all. Is there anything that can be done?

I have checked for software updates but my phone is currently updated to the latest version.
