Hi! I need help!
I reset my smart hub and now my default apps disappeared (youtube, netflix) and when i try to install them back, the 'download' button is un-clickable and it says below "Smart hub is being updated. Please try again later".
My storage also says 0 KB available and 1 GB used when the only apps available to me right now are, web broswer and e-manual.
I did self diagnosis on smart hub connection test and i got stuck on step 5 where it says "unable to complete samsung apps test" ERR08005
I tried resetting agad the smart hub, factory reset the tv both from menu and service menu but nothing seems to work. I also tried changing dns server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 yet it still don't work.

PLEASE HELP. it's been 2 days 😭
