Hi! I need help!
I reset my smart hub and now my default apps disappeared (youtube, netflix) and when i try to install them back, the 'download' button is un-clickable and it says below "Smart hub is being updated. Please try again later".
My storage also says 0 KB available and 1 GB used when the only apps available to me right now are, web broswer and e-manual.
I did self diagnosis on smart hub connection test and i got stuck on step 5 where it says "unable to complete samsung apps test" ERR08005
I tried resetting agad the smart hub, factory reset the tv both from menu and service menu but nothing seems to work. I also tried changing dns server to 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 yet it still don't work.

I can see that you've got a US model TV. With Samsung support being localised and this being a European forum (the English language part is supported by the Samsung UK & Ireland team, for example), we're limited in what we can do for you in terms of direct support.
Have you been in touch with Samsung US about this issue, or shared it on the Samsung US Community (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/TVs/ct-p/get-help-tvs) to see if others in the US are reporting the same?
Seems like my Smart Hub has disappeared. I have internet and wifi throughout the house NO PROBLEM. I can view amazon products through fire stick and same with chromecast but everything SMART HUB has disappeared. I know it is the TV but what else is there to do when you have completed the shut down, the smart hub reset, self diagnosis, TV is updated, Factory reset etc. Now I have this huge SMART TV and am NOT able to use any of its SMART features because they are not showing. I am not able to agree to terms and conditions because the server is under maintenance for days now and can't start the SMART HUB because of the ERROR CODE 202 occurs when performing the Smart Hub Connection Test. It's not the WIFI or Internet Service because all other devices have connected without issues. Also, the devices that connect without issues are NOT being used all at the same time. ANY other suggestions. I would hate to call for SAMSUNG SERVICE and be charged when clearly this one is on THE SAMSUNG PRODUCT
