Hi all, New here and looking for some help. Recently moved from S10+ to note 10+ 5g. 

I always found my QR/barcode scanner handy on my S10+ and never had any issues. Since I got the Note 10+ 5g the scanner when used is opening whatever I scan in my notes as text. 

When it gives the option to open in Web it just opens to notes and supply's text which does nothing. 

Anyone any ideas? I have contacted Samsung member's and done live chat but they told me to put the phone in safe mode but didn't explain why or what it might do.
