Phone will randomly shut down
Phone will randomly place calls
Apps will randomly open and shut
At times I get a "vibration" from the phone, kind of like a call is coming in, when no apps are open, no calls or texts are incoming. The only thing I can do to make the vibrations stop is to wait several minutes or to restart the phone.
The battery is draining three or four times faster now than it did just a few weeks ago. It can drain from 100% to less than 10% in a few hours. It used go all day and only use about 40% to 60%.
These things can happen while I am using it, while it is in my pocket or while is is just sitting on the counter.
I have not done a factory reset? Should I? Is that likely to solve these problems?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
