Like many on here it seems, I am having problems after the most recent update I did this morning. I've managed to get some settings back as much as possible but am really struggling with WhatsApp. When the lock screen is on, I have notifications in the status bar at the top but nothing on the main screen. I used to have a whatsapp icon under my time widget (please see photo) that if you pressed on it would show the message... any ideas? I can change settings so you immediately see most of, if not the whole message but I don't want that I just want the icon. It's so difficult to notice when it's only at the top!!
