I am experiencing an issue with logging into my Samsung account on my mobile device. When attempting to sign in, I do not receive the two-step verification code required to complete the login process.
I have checked my registered email and phone number, but I have not received any code via SMS or email. I have also ensured that my network connection is stable and have tried multiple times without success.
Could you please help me understand why I am not receiving the verification code and provide a solution to resolve this issue?
