Ordered the new S25 with a three sim deal through Samsung shop on 2nd February. Received the phone and the sim over 1 month ago and the sim is still not connected. Says three sim but unknown number. I have contacted three who cannot find my details and have spoke to Samsung via chat and phone over 10 times even spoke to a supervisor 2 weeks ago who said it would be escalated and fixed. Still nothing. I have a trade in device to return and have to keep emailing for an extension. It is stressful and very frustrating for it to take this long with no explanation and without a manager being able to resolve is very very concerning. I don't know what else to do
