Hi Everyone,

Could anyone assist with the issue below?

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G at the end of 2023, and after two months, it started showing “emergency calls only.” Since then, I’ve tried several things to fix it, including:

  1. Checking the SIM slot multiple times.
  2. Adjusting network settings based on recommendations from Samsung and others.
  3. Turning flight mode on and off repeatedly.
  4. Clearing the cache.
  5. Removing the phone cover to see if that helped, but no luck.
  6. Restarting the phone, swapping SIM cards, switching between 5G and 3G, toggling data roaming and VoLTE calls, and turning network auto selection on and off.
  7. Even after changing both SIM cards, the issue persists.

I visited a Samsung service center, and they suggested the problem might be with the network card, which would cost around 18k to repair, making me feel like I made a mistake purchasing this expensive phone.

Initially, I hoped a software update would fix it, but that hasn’t been the case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
