So i received a new Jet Bot 3-1 AI yesterday but it proper struggles to return itself to the base.
When reading up before purchasing, I know people mentioned having it on long pile / thick carpet is an issue but mine absolutely is not long pile/thick!
I dont really have the space in another room w/out carpet to locate it in. Does anyone know of any special mats or ramp extensions that could be used?
