My Galaxy watch 5 Pro recently recieved the One UI 6 wear OS update and with it came a new feature within Samsung Health - Energy Score.
Although this feature sounds like a great idea, it is in fact completely useless.
Within its settings you have to input your activity level and here lies the problem. It wrongly assumes you're active for the same amount of time EVERY DAY. For example I run 3 times a week so I inputted that I'm active. On my running days I recieve a good energy score but on my rest days my energy score drops and it tells me it needs attention as I haven't been active enough.
If I set it to sedentary or somewhat active I have the opposite problem - on my rest days my score is good, and on the days I run my score drops and I'm told I need to rest.
Basically there's no way to consistently get a good score unless you exercise 7 days a week with zero rest days or never exercise at all.
