Was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same. I looked at my samsung health today and it said my steps I had done 4,124. My garmin watch was reading 1,040.
I believe my new galaxy ring and my phone have both been counting steps and adding them together. I go into 'select step data to show' and it doesn't give me the option of just the ring.
Ring fits perfectly, all software is up to data. I have restarted the ring, unistalled and reinstalled the app and soft reset my phone and nothing seems to help.
I was expecting a slight difference between my watch and ring due to it being on my hand and maybe a bit more sensitive to movement but that is ridiculous.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
