When I use Google maps on my s24 ultra 512gb, every now and again the whole phone freezes and becomes unresponsive.Contacted tech chat and they advised me to put phone in safe mode.
Did that and as the phone when in safe mode,goes onto airplane mode and goes off line.
The chat guru said that since I didn't answer he would close the chat! Wtf
Still no joy after restarting the phone,then was told to reset it but it has done it since brand new.
Then was told to send phone in to get it diagnosed and fixed,so I'd be without a phone for goodness knows how long.
Come on techy guys bring out an update that will fix the above.
