20240713_090950.jpgSamsung company is doing fraud with their customers. I have Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra. Recently I updated my mobile on 6th july, 2024 and after update Green lines are appeared on my mobile screen and colours became fade.. 

I visited in the service center for this problem and they don't ready to accept company fault. There are minor scratches on my display and company told me that due to scratches it is considered as damage and company is not liable. I was asked to pay 21000 for screen replacement. This is totally unacceptable. The company also told me that those person who apply uv glue tempered are also out of warranty, then how can anyone apply tempered on curve display mobile. 

It's a serious issue and samsung needs to stop this kind of scam. APPLE IPhone policy is far better than samsung policy..

I request samsung company to take my complain on a serious note and provide me a free screen replacement...
