I have now tried 4 times over the last 2 months to update my Art Store subscription for my Frame.
I tried using the QR code & the email address.
Both take me to the page to renew.
I enter my authentication code and make the payment but it never completes.
I have rung up Support who tell me this is a known error but can’t give any more info.
Is there no way to make this payment some other way, or resolve some other way?
