Samsung s9 on the go not working

Hi I have Samsung S9 on Virgin network...... running the beta Android setup..... I have found the on the go usb function not working. Is this just me or is it a bug?

Please send the error report with Samsung Members app, I just now double checked on my device by connecting OTG USB device (I used DVB-T+FM+DAB RADIO RECEIVER) and it worked absolutely fine.

I guess @Leon24xxx explained best what you should do  However, this might also be a hardware issue. So if the developers won't find anything in the log files, you can always visit the nearest Samsung Service Centre and see if they can help!
