To disable the recycle bin feature, you can follow the path mentioned by @GooseSnipe (Thanks for sharing your knowledge with other users!)😉. Or you can also enter 'Recycle bin' in the App Drawer > Choose 'My Files settings' (Recycle bin) > Recycle bin - Disable. I've just checked it and it works for me too! 😉

I have tested it and it was disabled for me (files bin) and messages still get stuck in the new recycle and have to be manually deleted from there too...
