i have the same issue, that is because Google pay isn't supported with the beta version, you'll most likely have to wait to wait till the public version to come out

I'm not Welsh but sure you don't mind me commenting. English here and just to let you know Google pay stopped working due to beta unsigned software being installed. It will be okay once the gold release software is released next month 👍😂

samsung pay works no problem.. I will return to GP when the beta is over.

As long as the binary is not certified by Google, Google Pay will not work. Usually, only the official version (once the Beta ends) is certified, so until then you can try to use Samsung Pay instead 😉.
