google and chrome not working properly

Google app and chrom app aren't working properly, white blinking every few seconds, extremely unresponsive and laggy, input doesn't get recognised a lot of the time, swiping barely works and things take a long time to load. Anyone else having these severe issues?

 Side note Google pay doesn't allow contactless.

Chrome is working for me but Google pay doesn't work now as you mentioned.

return to the version of chrome that shipped with the phone by un installing updates and it worked fine for me. Hope it helps

Have you tried to reinstall Chrome application? If it doesn't help, it would be awesome if you sent an error report via the Members application so that our developers can have a look at the issue.

When it comes to Google Pay app, indeed, it doesn't work during Beta version. Instead, I recommend you to use the Samsung Pay application, which is also great 😉.

I can confirm that uninstalling chrome (ie remove all the updates) and then reinstalling fixes the issue 👍🏻

Spoke too soon 😢. Issue reappeared after going to a second website. Have raised an error report
