Gallery Not Functioning Properly

Since updating to the beta i can no longer:

- re-order albums in the "Album's" pane in Gallery, attempting to long press and drag to re-order results in the album 'snapping' back to its original location.

- set an album cover image, trying to do so doesnt apply any cover image

- hide/un-hide albums. An error appears saying there are no albums to hide/un-hide, despite there being albums present

Is anyone else having these issues and if so is there a fix?

I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps - clearing cache etc. - to no avail

I don't have that issue with mine. Maybe clear Gallery cache and restart phone see if that sorts it. Also make sure it's up to date in the Galaxy Apps store

It doesn't seem to be a global problem, since I can do all the actions on my device without any problems.

So if you haven't yet, try those steps:

1. Select "Media Storage"> Storage> Delete Data
2. Select "Sec Media Storage"> Storage> Clear Data

If that doesn't help, then please make sure to submit an error report using Beta Feedback option via Samsung Members app!
