Apps not loading

I have seen that certain apps won't load saying no Internet connection so I uninstall and reinstall then they work but sometimes go back the way they was so I have to go through the process again. Imdb, flashscore, ebay and a few others I notice doing this, is anyone else experiencing this?

I only have ebay from the ones you mentioned, and it works fine for me on s20 5G
