Hi there got the same problem

Tried to clear data and cash but unfortunately is not working at mine . Think is still crushing

Did you clear data and cache for media and sec.media as the second one only shows when you choose show system apps from the top right corner menu.

Also it is always worth clearing the cache in recovery mode by switching off the phone then holding power+volume up+Bixby button at the same time.  Then release the power button once the screen lights up.

Then scroll down using volume keys the choose wipe delvik cache by hitting the power button

Thank you for your respond.

Now is working problem has been fixed 

The issue was that had to change system language to English one as in Polish showed  me only SecMedia app  but no media app

I did but I just full reset my s10 and now its running  Perfect hope this help u

Just do a full reset of your phone then it will work Perfect
