Where as Power share gone

Should be still on your quick panel. Swipe down from the top of your screen and it should be there. If not you may have to edit your quick panel and add it back..

Power Sharing option should be available also during Beta.

If you cannot find it, please report the problem via the Samsung Members app 😉.
