Sorry to hear you’re seeing a black screen in WhatsApp with only the camera controls visible. Here are a few things you can try first:

1. Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches.
2. Make sure both WhatsApp and your system software (beta build) are fully up to date.
3. Clear WhatsApp cache (Settings → Apps → WhatsApp → Storage → Clear cache).
4. Check camera permission is set to Allow for WhatsApp.
5. Disable battery optimisation for WhatsApp.

If the issue persists, it may be related to the current beta build. Please report it via Samsung Members with logs so it can be investigated further.
