Hi

I pre-ordered the watch 8 and am receiving it Tuesday 

I've read from someone people that got it earlier that it doesn't work with the beta program 

Mine is a trade in so I must send the one I have now back

Can you confirm you'll send a stable version or a beta version that fixes the incompatibility issues

I think you maybe misunderstood. The watch 8 you will receive will be on non beta software as there is no beta for watch 8. It's your phone that is on beta and if there are any incompatibility it will be due to one ui 8 beta on phone.

Honestly though due to all the linking being done by the Wear companion app which is ready for watch 8 I can't see you having any issues

Strangely enough I have just opened up my health app and it's popped up a huge banner for watch 8 so sure you'll be fine

I am talking about the BETA software on my S25 ultra not the watch

people have said that setting up the watch8 on a device that is on the beta one UI8 has caused issues and even couldnt finish it

Sorry when you said Can you confirm you'll send a stable version or a beta version that fixes the incompatibility issues. I thought you meant were they sending you a watch with stable or beta. Must have misread what you meant

If you encounter any issues with Watch 8 while on Beta software, please send an error report and the developers will look into it and do their best to fix any potential issues
