Very odd network issue

Took me forever to figure this out, but whenever my S21 ultra is locked it's causes massive ping spikes across my network and on my router. As soon as I wake the device up it works as normal again. This is on WiFi. I've tried disabling WiFi power saving etc. Still have the issue

Make sure you report this error to Samsung and send logs. At least then they can look into fixing it asap.

I have a similar problem but it knocks my entire internet off for all devices (even wired) until I disconnect my phone and reboot the router.

Are you with Virgin Media by any chance?

Rest the network settings on your phone (under general management then reset) worked for me on Virgin Media with same issue.

Unfortunately didn't fix anything for me internet just went down again.
