Update error

Try to update to UI 7,ZXL5, download is not starting and after a minute is coming with an error: "unable to update the software, a network or server error occurred. Try again later" 

Tried on wi-fi and mobile data too still not working and restart the phine as well, any tips ?

Possibly too much network traffic. Try late in the night.

Does the build number affect if you get one ui 7?

Did you manage to download the update? If not - Please send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause and assist you further

It worked later in the evening so I guess was to much network traffic
