UI change

This is nothing against the UI, but I feel like something has changed in the settings app. But for the life of me I cannot figure out what. Ignoring the theme (and the details I covered up), can anyone tell me what's changed in the settings app. I've noticed the bar at the bottom, but something about the settings sections feels different, and it is going to bug me until I figure this out.

Assuming you have applied a theme that's why the colours are the same. But I'm sure you know that lol. But what's changed is the text / description below each settings. Eg: Connections had something like wifi•Bluetooth• Hotspot or something like that. It's all been removed.
