Smart view and casting not working during beta.

I have asked this before but did not get a response, is smart view not working during the beta for anyone else? It just doesnt connect, I regularly cast movies to my TV but havent been able to during beta.

It will cast my samsung devices but nothing else. Im trying to cast to xbox.
