How to stop Samsung Health background running measurement? I don't need it background running. I have it on my watch, no need background running. But I do need the app only

I believe the watch needs it for feeding back telemetry & hence app running due to those sync type issues.

Please report this via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.

The watch constantly communicate with your phone to dump its data for example, I don't think you'll be able to have the app not doing anything. You see it now as a notification because of Android 14 probably, but it I'm guessing it was always like that.

Hi, I got a used galaxy s10e I tried starting my Samsung health and when I  press the continue button it keeps loading.
