I have traded in my S24 Ultra.

Can I just Reset and send it back

Or

Do I have to downgrade via Smartswitch on PC ?

You just need to reset and send back - no issue with the the beta on the device :smiling-face:

If you are not sure about the trade-in conditions you can always withdraw from the Beta Programme.

You only need to remove your phone from your Samsung cloud account and factory reset it. The Beta software is annoying official software of Samsung.

That's not really doing anything to the software though, it won't self downgrade as soon as you withdraw from the beta? There are a few posts about this topic this year, and some conflicting information given to users from the Samsung support teams. Probably because this is the first time a beta is still ongoing while the new device is out, but it would be useful for someone to get a clear answer on this so anyone can refer to it.
