I don't know if this was a good lock feature or not but the sound and brighten sliders in the quick panel used to have a numerical value showing when expanded... Now is gone 

I used it to keep my brightness at the same level

The battery is draining quite quickly since the oui9 beta

Use Good Gaurdians Galaxy app booster. All the apps are gonna be reset and it'll take a few days to calibrate again - using that speeds the process up.
