Private calls

Has anyone found a resolution to all incoming calls coming through as a private number? All settings are normal however every call comes in as private.

Not that I'm aware of, can I ask if you're an iD Mobile user, as this seems to be something in common with us affected.

If on i.d. mobile, you probably have also lost wifi calling functionality

I am experiencing a similar issue and have yet to find a resolution, despite consulting with both ID Mobile and Samsung's technical support teams.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue with incoming calls showing as private numbers.

Please try checking the Phone app caller ID settings (Phone → Settings → Supplementary services) and ensure “Show number” or “Network default” is enabled. It may also help to reset network settings and check with your carrier that caller ID is correctly provisioned on your line.

If the issue continues, please report it via Samsung Members with logs so it can be investigated further.

I think it might be an issue with my network (SMARTY) I have 2 sims in my phone 1.Smarty 2.EE second one calls come through as normal

Also same on smarty today. Incoming calls to second sim show fine

Same here smarty esim. Second giffgaff esim works perfectly.
