No beta 3?

Currently on beta 2 software apparently the rest of the UK have had Peter 3 for many days but they cannot see it in the download option.

The UK hasn't had beta 3. It's only been released in Korea so far

We got the September Security patch and those bugs were dealt with - so I can't see any reason for a beta 3 to be honest before the stable in a few weeks...
