Night mode doesnt seem to work it just gets stuck on loading i have sent a feedback about this but is this happening to anyone else?

You need to either do an app wipe cache or full wipe cache .

That solved it.

I have just tried this, when taking a photo the switching straight to the image view I witnessed the continuous loading...
I then cleared the cache and data for the Gallery app and Camera app followed by a force close of each app. Once I took another night mode image and opened the viewer which loaded for about 3 seconds and then showed the final image.
On my S10+ powered by Android 10 improved by One UI 2.0,

I have no issue either, but then I haven't experienced any of the difficulties raised on my S21 Ultra 5G.

Generally speaking, when troubleshooting it's best to start with wiping affected app cache or/and performing wipe cache partition. However always feel free to report any bugs you find through the Samsung Members app 😁
