Most animation, Goodlock module work only with Developer mode animation settings

Most of OneUI7 animations or Goodlock module settings in Wonderland, Keys cafe, HomeUp are working only when animation related settings are enabled in Developer settings.

Without having Developer settings on, none of these animations or Keys cafe keyboard styles, wonderland lockscreen effect, Home Up window animations are not working.
