Blue Circle in App Drawer

Hi, not sure if it's something I've done or not, but had a static blue circle appear in my App Drawer. It doesn't move and does not respond to being touch. Anyone know what this is?

Hmm thats seems odd i do not have that. Definitely report the issue. Have you tried to clear all you cache and do a restart? Does it do anything when you try to press on it?

Cleared cache, when I press on it, the app under neath opens

I had the same problem but it got removed after restart
