Metro banking app force closes every time I try and open

So I updated to one ui 6 and now my metro bank app force closes every time I try and open it . I have tried cleaning the cash but its still the same I have tried uninstalling it still the same also made shore all permissions are allowed. I am stuck now. Anyone suggest anything regards dom.

Banking apps are always hit and miss with beta versions of software, this is true for both android and apple, it may be that they have not updated it to run with android 14 or there is something in this beta that clashes with your banking app.

That's the joys of Beta Testing, finding problems and reporting them back to Samsung. Rule number 1 don't Beta test on your daily phone as it's more than likely you'll come across issues.

Personally I'd never Beta test for free or on my own equipment, but that's up to the individual ofc.

My metro app is doing same (crashing) but my Halifax app works fine

It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems.

However, if the situation hasn't improved, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.
