Since done the UI6 update my Metro Bank app will not start, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it from the app store but it still does not start. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately some app may not work in the beta version, but just in case as all my banking apps work. Try to open it and when it not start couple of times come to the members app and report the fault this way they can see if there is something in the logs when you send them.

Some banking apps will not work as this is not approved software, it is a beta version that has not been signed off by Google, so the security policy of your banking app may not work so it protects you and your accounts.

It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems.

Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the affected app (or reinstall it if necessary). Also check if any application updates are available.

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.
