Make it easier to uninstall all apps

When are we going to get an update about making it easier to uninstall apps including Samsung apps without being disabled or force to stop? No matter how I disable or force it to stop the app is still there. By making it easier we can have more RAM memory. Is getting ridiculous with such distraction. Contrary to Apple, it is easier to remove apps.
